Smooth as silk
We took delivery 2 weeks ago and have been loving how quiet and thorough this is. The status display is terrific-- no more guessing if it's been run. This looks and works great and so far Delivers on the Kitchen Aid brand name.

Can't handle large cutting boards, Long Cycle
We learned about this dishwasher from Consumer Reports (#1 rated). I was able to install it myself (after some prep work by my electrician). 1) Easy to use. 2) Excellent cleaning results. 3) (and most important) My better half is really happy with it. What else matters?
I read some of the reviews on this machine and thought the comments on quietness were exaggerated. I was wrong. This dishwasher is now quieter than my refrigerator! Also, I had read some negative things about poor drying and the first time I ran the machine, the contents were dripping wet.
Everything I've put in dishwasher has come out clean.

some plates don't stand straight in bottom rack
Just got this unit, and it seems like a really nice machine. I actually am having to make myself not rinse things off before putting them in the dishwasher, just to see how it works.
This product is really very good. Cleans the dishes very nicely. I am impressed with it's drying capability as well. WE don't have to use rinse agent. It can accommodate about double the number of dishes & pots than our earlier GE 300 dollar dishwasher. No pre-rinsing required.
Couldn't be happier with our purchase. This is a solid, quiet dishwasher with more than enough options for wash cycles as well as dish configurations. The exterior matches with our other appliances, there's a nice display to let you know what part of the cycle the dishwasher is in.
