Holding the Jaybird Tarah Pro box in my hand, I’m struck by the image of a mountain runner moving fast and free as a bird over technical terrain. A lone human in a range of misty mountains – with no visible sign of dangling wires; simplicity at its best.

Jaybird has had a busy few months. Following September's release of both the flagship X4 and budget Tarah , the company released last month the Tarah Pro, a second high-end headset that evidently shares enough in common with Jaybird's entry-level offering to share its name.

The Jaybird Tarah Pro Wireless Sport Headphones are now my favorite Bluetooth earbuds, supplanting my Jaybird X3s. This is mainly because they play for 14 hours and 45 minutes when set at a moderate volume level.

The Tarah Pro is one of the best Bluetooth fitness options you can get, and for the money, probably one of the better sets of Bluetooth headphones period. If your gym activity is light or non-existent, you may well prefer AirPods or over-the-ear headphones, but otherwise we would strongly recommend...

Was nervous to purchase since I've had issues with previous Jaybird headphones. Decided to take a chance since now waterproof. Good sound, especially when adjusted to your hearing with Jaybird app. Charge lasts a long time. They stay put during runs and other activities.

  Slight uncomfortable pressure when adjusted to keep ambient noise out. Walking/running noises transmit into ears because of tight fit of rubber/silicone ear inserts.

Great sound; comfortable fit and love that you can customize the EQ.

I rarely write online reviews, but I'm so impressed with this product, I had to write one. As a musician, music fan, and runner, I've owned a lot of headphones. I can honestly say these are among the best I've ever used!I used the BeatsX for years. Believe me when I say these are better.

Pretty darn good sound with app equalizer. I wish it was 1-2 clicks louder for use in loud noise situations. I think it could sound even better if they designed it for use with foam tips.

Have had these for over six month and use them daily for bicycle rides and open gym:POSITIVE- solid built- sound quality great- security - have not had a single issue with these falling out, they sit in the ear as if they're glued in; the over the ear mechanism is great!
