The smart speaker arena is getting bigger but JBL has a hit on their heads with the JBL Link 20. Battery life is decent and you can turn it as a stationary Google Home 24/7 if you keep it plugged in. Audio quality is on point even thought I could use a bit more bass in some of my tunes.

Of course, music is only half of the tricks the JBL Link 20 can offer. By pairing it with the Google Home app, you can ask Google to handle all sorts of things for you. All it takes is a “Hey, Google” followed by what you need, and Google will chime in with the answers.

Voice-activated speakers are hitting the market hot and heavy with everyone vying to be the only system you’ll invest in. Amazon is hoping you’ll pick Alexa, and Cortana is hoping to get some traction in the market. Once you’re a Google family, odds are you’ll stay there.

I just bought this a few days ago and I must say I am impressed. The speaker does everything I want it to smart home and music wise, and it gets loud if you need it to. It also keeps a low profile which I like about it. Really blends in with the environment.

Speakers sound great. I like good bass tones and this little speaker has a nice full sound.Google picks up my voice even when I’m not trying to talk to it.Battery really does last! Love this setup.

I bought this speaker for the Google Assistant/Google Home integration and it is replacing a Sony SRS-X77 speaker. As such, having a battery and some good sound was a key factor.After a few weeks of use, I think this is good value for money but not by far.

We added this to our T-Mobile account to make up for the Tap we bought last year. This speaker exceeded all of our expectations in terms of how well it projected the sound and that we can link it to similar devices. Excellent buy!

Great Speaker!Using it in the kitchen to provide music all day long.Relatively easy setup using IPhone which was a blessing to this 81 year old with limited Tech expertise.Would highly recommend it.

This speaker is great! I saw some other reviews speaking about software issues or sound being an issue. I’ve never turned the volume up all the way because at 75% it’s plenty loud to to be heard through most of the house. I also have had no software issues whatsoever.

Love my new JBL Link 20! Sounds great, simple to use, and now I have Google Assistant available in my backyard, when I need it.

I picked up a link 20 as soon as i could find one. I already have 2 Google Home units in the house for music and home control uses. The wireless ( in all meanings) capability allows me to take the functionality anywhere. The patio for brunch or the garage when working on a project.

This speaker exceeded our expectations. Great sound, easy to set up!
