Induro BHD1 Ballhead

I purchased this ballhead to be paired with my Induro tripod. I needed a ballhead that was light weight and still able to support a Canon 5D Mark II and Canon 70-300mm lens. This ballhead is great.

I purchased this ballhead for my new Induro tripod. It is very easy to adjust, and keeps my camera securely. I upgraded from an older pan head tripod. This is an incredible improvement.

I am using this head along with the Really Right Stuff TP-243 Ground Pod for photographing wildlife. The head is solid and easily holds my D3s and long lenses. The panning is smooth and the oversized knobs make for easy adjustments.

camera slips in and out of interface, very easy to manuver

Use this to track birds in flight and action sports. Moves easily and stays on track. Super easy to attach to the camera. Great value

I bought this a couple years back, and operationally it is been great. I love the slight friction on the panning and it has a solid lock. I am providing this review after only one outing with my first ball head. The outing was a four-day event with extensive usage of the ball head. Since I was not familiar with a ball head, I had to become accustom to the controls.

for tripod and heavy cameras

Iduro is known to make High Quality products and this is no exception. Very smooth socket movement and plenty of capacity to support those telephoto lenses required for action/sports photography.

its okay for what i need but just be careful not to lay it down on a concrete it will scratch easily. the material they use is so light that it bend the plate locking nob.
