The XPS 2.0 60 sounds better than you'd expect from a $100 speaker system, but it has distortion issues at high volumes—and there's no remote control.
Balanced, crisp output. Articulate bass response. Sleek design. Affordable. Adjustable treble and bass.
No remote control. Distorts at high volumes.
Its unusual for PC speakers to be this simple and sound this good so it gets the thumbs up from us
Good sound quality, Simple setup
A little bassy
These speakers are the real deal! I replaced my bose speakers with these. Wish I bought these to begin with, the sound difference is drastic. Keep up the great work, Hercules! haha
These things are compact. They take little space on the desk, that's the point. Due to this, they can only reproduce rather limited bass. Enough for an acoustic guitar to sound natural, which is great considering the size. But not nearly enough to produce a 'boom' that is felt by your entire body.
Sound overall. Mids and highs are clear and undistorted. Good stereo separation. Nice look. Choice of connector cables (long and short). Headphones jack easily accessible.
Not much bass, obviously. Bright blue power LED (tolerable, though). A bit pricey (mine was $98).
I first got this in 2016, and I noticed there was some odd crackling here and there that would occasionally resolve on it's own. It's been steadily getting worse. The crackling is constant, regardless of whether or not audio is being played.
The sound is great!!!
They sounded very good for a year or so, then developed an electrical buzzing sound whenever plugged into AC. I suspect a bad ground somewhere. I attempted to take the case apart to inspect the wiring, but found a circuit board had been glued to the base of the case.
Sound mixing for short film they work great clear and sensible.
Speaker blew after 2 weeks only used them a couple of times, next time I'll spend the extra money to by a better brand.
If you're spending more than 100 I'd try some other speakers, the sound quality is really nice though. I have to put books on the bottom and top to stop distorting around 85% all settings on songs with decent bass.
think twice about this product
The buttons on it quit working and it is now junk
