I use this for drafting and PCB layout applications. It is the envy of the office. Very nice. The clarity is superb. I have a NVIDIA GeForce GT640 graphics card (hardly high end) and I run it at max resolution 1920 x 1080.

So much more than a great 27" monitor, really versatile display.

  This display has a clear screen, small bezel, and amazing sound. I have both my computer and PS3 hooked to it and it plays the PS3 with sound in amazing fashion. This could work both as a monitor and TV if you wanted to hook up your cable box or game console via HDMI to the monitor.

  Have had the monitor for about a month, and the screen is super clear. However this wasn't the case with an old Windows XP desktop. After the purchase of a Windows 7 desktop (that I was going to purchase anyway), the screen resolution is crystal clear.

  Very large and bright screen. Thinner than expected edges which makes the screen appear even larger. Very sturdy build including the stand. Stand itself was very easy to install, no screws; simply "clips" into bottom of monitor.

  Beats Audio is not entirely impressive, although I did NOT buy this monitor for the sole reason of it boasting the sound quality I still expected more power from the beats system. Other than that there are no cons with the monitor itself.

  This was a little bit more than I wanted to pay, but it has BEATS by Dre built in and the image is great. It's like having a Beats Pill built into the monitor
