We use the HP Designjet Z5200 printer to produce posters and gallery wrapped canvas prints. The printer prints beatiful in black and white and in color. It's fast and easy to use. We switch from canvas and photo paper rolls to sheets routinely with ease.
We continue to be amazed and impressed by the quality of not only the machine itself, but the product it puts out. Truly outstanding.
This plotter has been great. We've used it almost daily and everything is sharp, and configuring regular Office products to print to it has been easy.
Super easy setup and fairly easy to learn all the functions including profiling papers.
A great new adventure!
HP IS THE WORST. I'VE OWNED SEVERAL HP PRODUCTS AND WITHOUT FAIL EACH AND EVERYONE HAS FAILED IN SHORT ORDER. AVOID HP AT ALL COST (AND BELIEVE ME, THE COST IS HIGH)!!!
Bought a large format printer shipped from NY to Montana. Product works great. I use it for banner and poster printing, replacing a HP 5500ps. Wish i would have done it sooner as the Z5200 provides my copy shop the tool i need.
I've had my z5200 for about 18 months now and it's been great. I just finished making a set of 48 prints for a gallery show. They range from 24X36 to 40X60 and, except where I've screwed up in some way (e.g. crinkling the leading edge of a paper roll as I loaded it) they have all been perfect.
