I bought the computer about three weeks ago. I use it for jobs using MS Publisher. I think it works wonderfully with basic computing jobs. I don’t think it would be good for gaming but it’s great for all the little stuff you do like looking at email, checking on Facebook, and doing MS Word...
The laptop works well as a starter or low use machine, it's intended purpose. One warning: DON'T use the included 30 day McAfee anti-virus! It slows processing and the computer freezes up a lot.. Since I took it off and installed a different product the computer works fine.
Very well built item with 10th gen proceossor. has all the features I need for normal use! Fast processor, seamless integration with their schooling, and family fun. I purchased one and then went to get another because they were so good . a great purchase and great product

The HP computer is great but I hate how Microsoft makes it so difficult to use any kind of no Microsoft applications or search engines. I am a long time fan of google but did not want to get a Chrome book for a number of reason.
-I bought the pale gold. It is pretty.-Has no lag. Great specs.-You can upgrade, if you want to make it faster. Though if you're only going to use it for Microsoft Office and Surfing websites, this is more than enough.-Quite light. I did not mind having this in my backpack.
I love my laptop. It's light weight and have for more features than I was looking for at the price I could afford. I do not like that it did not come with instruction manual. However, I found them on line even then they could not be printed out.
This was purchased for my wife. She uses the computer mainly for online function such as Facebook and searching various things. She never downloads or uses any software or any "heavy" gaming. I only mention this because for her purposes, the computer is excellent.
I like HP products and think they are worth the money usually, but this HP laptop disappointed me. The size is nice. A 14 inch screen is a decent compromise between a large tablet and a full size laptop. It has 4 gigs of RAM and a 128 gig SSD drive.
So the laptop itself works okay with it’s usual functions. However, it’s on S mode, so you’ll have to remove that to download Chrome and other things. The battery drains rather fast despite saying it lasts for about 5 or 10 hours, and even when using Microsoft Edge it still drains quickly, so stay...
