The Aorus RX 580 XTR 8G looks and feels premium from every angle. Whether it’s the backplate with its copper insert or the cosmetically aggressive designed shroud it’s obvious that no detail was skipped. The RGB lighting is stunning and features several patterns and full hex/decimal control.
Runs about 75 C when running games in high quality. Fans kick in once it reaches a certain temp so if that bothers you then you might be able to change that.
I was so excited to get this thing installed. Build wise it looks awesome. It has a nice looking back plate and with integrated copper heat sink along with an controllable RGB Aorus logo. The card performed as expected playing games at 1080p on Ultra with a solid 60+FPS.
This thing runs really hot. I haven’t had other Rx 580s to compare it to, but this is not going to work well with anything other than a very well ventilated case.
it works. but it is the hottest running rx580 Ive ever had. and 580s are hot. I will probably disassemble and reapply thermo compound and see if it helps. it is 20c hotter than my xfx 580 at lower clock and lower settings.
Runs great, 65c-75c, 60-110 fps (black ops 4) with 4k high/ultra settings. I will be picking up another for crossfire and i will update my review with the stats.
Easy set up, plug and play, great output for the price! Much prefer ReLive software to the NVidia equivalent.
From my standpoint, the card itself is great. Thing is, it's the most expensive and highest end card I've ever had so you have to take that with a grain of salt. The A0RUS graphic engine software plain out blows though.
I took a chance with the RX580 card. For $199, I could not pass it up. I know, according to the numbers, my card in the other build (GTX1070) is faster, but I cannot tell a difference at all. With the RX being about 1/2 the cost, not sure the 1070 was worth it.
Runs 1080 games as expected... good value for the money.
I bought this as part of Black Friday sales, but when I put in the card, there was absolutely no video output. I've built many computers and was taught how to go about proper antistatic procedures, and every other component of the build is working fine.
