Love that I can move from workout to everyday wear. The rose gold adds a very nice touch to it. And it comes with an extra strap for workouts. Garmin platform takes a bit of time to get used to and some of the functions can be a little clumsy to get to but once set it does an accurate job.
This watch takes triathlon training to the next level. Run and bike tracking is unmatched, especially when you pair it with the HRM Tri band and the Garmin bike sensors. Battery lasts a long time for a smart watch, usually several days depending on how much GPS you are using.
I went from a Fitbit Ionic that stopped working on me to this Garmin and it is everything I could have hoped for and more. Battery life is much better. Tracking is light years ahead, and the apps are much better. I am so glad I purchased this Garmin.
I'm a marathon runner and rely heavily on my Garmin watches. I upgraded from the Fenix 5S mainly for the music. I was waiting for a music model who's battery could handle GPS and music for longer than four hours.
I’m still finding new things this watch can do. Guess I should’ve read the instructions more thoroughly. Mainly use for working out and travel. The color works with just about everything.
With so many sensors, the Fenix 6S does sooo many things, and it's very configurable. The only negatives I have are that it's hard to view the screen in less than bright outdoor or indoor light (I believe my "Saphire" glass is actually worse than the standard "Gorilla" glass), and it's a little...
UPDATE 3/28/20: I have turned the Pulse Oximeter OFF the past week and now the battery life is GREAAAAAT!!! On days of general use (just wearing, no runs, etc.) with the Heart Rate Monitor on, the battery only goes down about 10% in a day.
I love this watch and have enjoyed gathering all the data. The only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars is because ever since it did the original update I am unable to receive texts on it. I tried the reset suggested and still don’t know how to fix that.
Great watch for long distance running.
Best gift ever for my wife.
