This washer is fabulous! I love not having to add detergent prior to each wash. Automatic soap dispensing is so convenient. And this machine weighs the soiled clothing to determine how long the wash will be. The light in the washer is another plus. I LOVE this new washer!

This is our first front-loader washing machine, and true to advertising, it is much quieter and uses less water than our previous top-load washing machine. We like the multiple configurations for laundering - from the level of dirt to the selection of temperatures, or choosing the pre-set loads...

Love this washer. Has so many great features including the WiFi notifications, auto dispense and auto venting. It stays so clean.

I bought the machine to replace a Samsung machine I had for less than a year that was a total nightmare. GE although expensive is a trusted brand and the reviews for this machine were good. I love the odor block feature. Although I still can not link to my phone I am pleased so far. Fingers crossed.

Would be a great washer except every other time we turn it on, it dumps all the detergent into the basket at the start of the cycle but then shuts off for no reason. About half the time I check on a load to find it hasn't been running at all and has wasted detergent.

Pleasingly large capacity, pretty quiet, the venting process takes HOURS for it to dry itself out after use but worthwhile so it doesn't stink; two nurses in this family so we love the sanitize feature; easy to use; many worthwhile features you didn't know you wanted; very pleased; no remorse.

Only been using the GE® 4.8 cu. ft. Capacity Smart Front Load ENERGY STAR® Steam Washer with SmartDispense™ UltraFresh Vent System with OdorBlock™ and Sanitize + Allergen for three months but doing a minimum of 5 loads of laundry each week it has been great. Use with laundry pods.

We love the washer and the “ultra fresh vent” on our washer. Our last washer always had a fink no matter what I did. The auto dispenser is amazing. Not having to load the detergent each time has been so easy. I thought it was a gimmick at first but we love it.

I chose this washer because of the Odorblock Ultrafresh venting feature. I am very happy with it. The rubber gasket in the door is completely dry later in day after using. This would never be the case with my previous front loader, which was always wet with horrible smelling mildew/mold
