GE GFE28GMKES 36 Inch Slate French Door Refrigerator

This is our main refrigerator. So far we like it and it is serving us well. One of the comments was that the icemaker in the door is noisy when getting ice. That proved to be true, but didnot worry because someone had commented on it. Otherwise would have tought sometingwas wrong!

Very nice. We had a counter depth GE at our previous house. We liked it so well, never had any issues at all, so we decided to purchase GE again. This is much bigger yet every corner is accessible . We can always count on GE.

Beautiful color finish, perfect lighting, convient storage

I've had this for 2 mo. now. I read all the reviews- noisy, frost prone, warm spots on door- LIES, ALL LIES. So much room, it's organized, shelves are sturdy & easy to position. Even cooling, solid build in every way.

Great quality, the extra .8 C.F. of storage space really does make a big difference.Not a negative, just something to note - to open the interior middle drawer both doors have to be open. Our previous French door had the third drawer on the outside so it's just taking some getting used to.

Looks great, quiet and very roomy - fits my fridge containers for even more organization. I didn’t give five stars because the water dispenser leaves a drip after use and tray is such that you can see it instead of being captured into a drip tray.

My wife and I like to prepare several meals for the week in advance so when we saw the huge storage capacity in this GE refrigerator, we were intrigued. Paired with huge savings on AppliancesConnection.com, we are very satisfied with our purchase!

I am still getting used to a French door fridge. I really like the room in the fridge, but the freezer holds a lot less than a side by side. Although it isn't loud, the fan can be heard a lot more than my last one.

Love my new GE. It is big and roomy. Looks nice in my kitchen and is definitely better than my 3 year old Kenmore Elite which broke down twice in the 3 years I have owned it. The Kenmore is now my garage fridge.
