GE AJEQ12DCH

I did A LOT of research on numerous air conditioners. And then this model, in particular, came up along my search. My old air conditioner was literally on the brink and I needed to find something quick. I am happily surprised by the quality of this air conditioner.

This was a replacement from a previous GE AC Unit installed in 2005. This unit slid right into the existing sleeve! I really like the the operation display and the touch controls. The remote is an added extra. Overall I am impressed!

The BTU power is satisfying. Love the flexibility of the 3 fan speed feature and the construction of the model is high quality

Cools my entire apartment well. The airflow is satisfactory as well as its voltage power. So happy with this I bought the same model for my second home.

Don't have any photos to post at this time. I was glad to be able to just swap out the units to replace its predecessor.

Why you would ship a unit w/out the cabinet ??? Had to order the cabinet ??

Definitely liking this AC/heat unit, keeps the place warm and keeps it cool when needed

It looks really nice, and fit into the GE can. My old GE was about 6 years old. The problem is that the remote does not work. You would expect these thing to work right out of the box.

Although it took over two months to get here, it is performing outstandingly well.
