G-Technology 3TB G-DRIVE Professional Strength External Hard Drive

I purchased this for my photos that were slowing down my Mac, as it has over 25,000 photos on it. I researched hard drives for quite a while before finding this one. I LOVE the speed and the ease of set up. They are super quick and easy to use.

I have had this drive since April 2016. I searched high and low for a drive like this. I use it for a part time server and part time at my gigs so it is transported often. Everything I saw in portable drives had flimsy arsed usb3 connectors.

I have used these drives for a while and they were always reliable. This new one is fast and offers a lot of storage. Works seamlessly with my older Mac Pro with FireWire 800. May be a little bulky for the home office but sits well on a Mac tower.

I love these drives! I've been using them for years, and have had no issues. I also love that they stack on top of one another...I now have a tower of them!

Excellent external drive for my MacBook! Super fast transfers of videos and acts as if it's a internal drive with zero lag playing back. I reccomended partitioning the drive as it will give you additional back up if something goes wrong.

Easy setup. Look forward to years of use.

I've had a G-technology drive before and knew what great quality drives they are. I wanted to go with a brand that I trusted. After years of extensive daily use on my old drive (I use this for my business) it was finally starting to give signs that I was ready for a new one.

Excellent works great.. Not noisy like other drives..

I've been using this machine for about two months now. Works great so far, still too soon to tell. I like the design and build quality. It runs smooth to my expectations, by the way this product was received super fast. great job you guys!!!
