The print quality on this machine is good and the Wi-Fi is user-friendly and consistent. But I did not like is that it was not as intuitive as it could be. Learning how to print envelopes was an issue. And it one point I continue to get an error message that my paper selection was invalid.
I was going to buy another one of these printers. But I just couldn't believe this printer is OVER 5x more in price now, then it was when I bought it under 5 years ago. That is just utterly ridiculous!
The print and picture quality is OK. Using non-Epson cartridges can be troublesome, but they will work and be OK. My problem was trying to print multiple page jobs. The printer would power off for no reason right in the middle of a printing page. My work around was to print one page at a time.
I don't like it at all,have barely used it because there was no paper instruction book with it when it came.Just trying to figure it out and not doing so good.I called requesting a paper instruction book for it so that i could see what I needed to do.was told they are not available with this...
The first one I bought years ago was a workhorse. My kids were so mean to that printer and it still worked great for years. Then after all the abuse we finally needed to replace it. Bought the same model and it has had so many issues. This time around my kids don't even touch the thing.
Worse printer you can own. The ink goes out really fast even when not in use. The ink literally dries up forcing you keep buying ink when you rarely print. You CANNOT even print black and white if any of the color cartridges are empty. This is the worse printer I have ever owned.

This printer overall worked great and it was a good price, however i'm giving it away to goodwill and getting a laser printer instead. i had an ink cartridge printer before this and it wasnt even 1/4 as bad as this printer! It eats up ink like a starving monster ..AND I DONT EVEN PRINT THAT MUCH!!!
the thing is total trash..... the unit is totally locked down and useless if out of ink. no scanning, no faxing, no black in white if out of color ink
