High price. No SD card support. Recommended monthly page limit is low, considering cost, paper handling, and ink capacity.
This printer boasts 2-sided printing and a maximum print size of 8.5 x 14 inches, but you can't print double sided at 8.5 x 14. It is extremely misleading. I never would have bought it had I know that. Printing directly from in-design I found the text to to be unacceptably bad.
After using this for a few months now here's what I've learned about this printer. The Eco-tank is amazingly efficient and simple to refill. It gives the user many settings to adjust ink usage to save more on your ink.
I just bought this printer today, so not much I can comment about. I had the ET 4550 which was a work horse. It has 65,000 prints on it. It is starting to wear out a little, I mostly used 80lb. cover paper in it, and its slowing down.
This printer was super easy to set up and prints high quality pages very quickly! Connecting to print from my iPhone was a breeze through Wi-Fi. I even printed some photos and it worked like a charm! Perfect for the office!
I bought this printer a couple months ago. Overall easy to set up. Seems like it is going to be a great fit.
There are light lines running through my prints. The lines appeared within the first few weeks of using it, while it was still brand new. Using the printer's cleaning cycle, adjustments, etc does not help at all.
Installed as net work printer went smoothly, prints fast and very sharp. Will know more in a year
