First unit installed on Aug. 30. Trouble with LED lights led to replacement unit being installed on Sept. 21. We really like the style of the refrigerator, however, now we are having an issue with the "perfect temperature" drawer that scrapes as it closes. Need more attention to finishing touches.

We are very happy with our new Electrolux refrigerator. Love the LED lighting inside and glass adjustable shelves. It goes without saying that installation was quick and accurate.

Incredible capacity for a counter depth fridge. Lots of shelving and some tucked away for storage of smaller items. Ice in the door and the wave touch control make use a breeze. Freezer drawer spacious and glides like a breeze.

Very happy with this fridge (although only had it 1 month). We picked no water/ice on outside as that seems to be a problem area but great ice in our freezer. Love the glass shelves as they run flat across and are rather deep compared to other fridges.

We have had this refrigerator for a couple of months and it's performing great. Our current unit replaced this same French door model, but with ice and water in the door, which had several issues with the ice maker.

Doors loosen quickly over short period of time. Also the spout for water to the ice machine doesn't line up well, sometimes creating pools of ice below.

1. Freezer ice maker ejects ice out the back which then slides under the freezer on the floor out the front. Happens almost every time we open the freezer. Several cubes shoot out from the bottom at your feet. 2.

Nice fridge for sure but we have had problems like many reviewers with ice maker. Then recurring problems with high temp. Service came several times with same "solution" which is to defrost the freezer and then restart.. This is not looking at the cause just fixing the result.

I love Electrolux appliances because they are dependable and very quiet.

Initially upon delivery: ice maker didn't work, door would not always close, service useless. They fixed the ice maker. I fixed the door by slamming to so hard a piece of plastic broke off. Been fine ever since. Now freezer door won't close.Getting rid of it.
