Works like a charm with excellent sound. Wifi connection instructions are not very clear and it took a little for the bar to sync up and upgrade is software. Once working, it's great .
Not that I expect much from a sound bar, but this was sad. The sub over compensates and is just unpleasant to listen to. The sound bar itself isn’t much better than tv speakers, with the exception of music. So unless your only option is a sound bar and you need HEOS, I’d recommend something else.
This was recommended by a friend that supposedly installs them. I listen to him over the reviews, big mistake. Read the reviews and take the warning. The bar is buggy and the app is horrible. For the price I expected more.
I purchased this as the main speaker (soon to be two speakers) for a Denon AV receiver. Even without the receiver set up, I have been enjoying the speaker. It has a full, rich sound. I can control it with Echo (Alexa), or with the Heos app on my phone or table.
Love the sound. It's big - highs are crisp and bass is smooth. I have it in a medium-sized living room and it's more than enough. I've not needed to crank it up more than 70 (out of 100) because it's pretty loud - and I like listening to loud music.
the product is not rechargeable !
Speaker was nice, HEOS was Not which was the point in buying this altogether. I returned this as it did not serve my objectives with HEOS in mind. If HEOS is the reason you want this speaker, Id recommend Sonos instead.
I use it with Denon avr x4400h. Great compatibility and android app feature, but sound is just average.
Just bought my 2nd one. I am using these to power my whole house speakers. Works great with my echo dots. I don’t use the heos app, 100% voice control with echo. Only thing I don’t like is when you link more than one in a group, you can’t use the group name in Echo.
If you like watching TV with no sound or skipping audio, then this is the product for you.
