seems like a good computer solution- have owned a dozen dell computers- much better service than from the dell website/order department.takes a while to setup and update, but that is just to be expected- NOT a complaint- just typical of any new computer.

I have built numerous computers, trouble shot/ repaired everything from hardware to software, all the way to soldering a new power connector onto a laptop with a bad power jack. I've been doing it for 18 years.

  Nice if it functioned properly out of the box.

  The battery does not charge past 60%, I have already contacted Dell Tech support (which has apparently gone in the sh*tter), they determined through poor methods that the AC cord/ power supply was bad.. They sent a new one, it of course didn't fix the issue.

Using for serious personal home office applications. Not as a gaming computer.Very pleased with speed. OpenHardwareMonitor and SpeedFan applicatrions indicate CPU running cool, which is always desirable.I would have been more enthused if the touch-pad was less sensitive to the slightest touch.

It's really bad that open your laptop for over 1 min. And download a game that lag because of this hard drive! I totally don't want this kind of drive that can throw in the trash can! Get 7200 rpm plz!

I will not re-post a review under a different user name. That's better left to the guys living in their grandma's basement.

  Great Laptop. Good compromise with the AMD CPU to avoid the unreasonably priced i7 processors. I did a lot of shopping and compared quite a few systems. This was the best available deal from all the vendors. I found no problem with the battery.
