Great computer for the money. If I had been able to spend a little more I would have gotten the special edition with the metal hinges, ss drive, and faster processor but for my needs (streaming, word processing, general small business needs) this product works great.

Mine was a dud. Wifi didn't work, it hung on restart and there was no video. Most applications hung and I couldn't create recovery media. I had to perform a restore, reinstall drivers and then update the bios.

i bought this laptop a month ago and the day i powered it on, i also got wifi issues which have been mentioned in other reviews. The wifi would randomly disconnect and then connect a few seconds later.

On paper this should be a great laptop. Just a few days after setup it started acting funny. The mouse pad on this laptop makes doing any work an adventure. It reacts slow or not at all. I often need to click an item multiple times before it does what I'm asking.

Good product and good service.
