I dont use it very often, but so far so good. I like that its compact and not an eyesore. The only downside is that you have to use the max "toasting" level (5) to get a medium toast.

After a couple weeks, this is a great toaster. The reason I had to replace my last two toasters was the lever not staying down. This toaster does not have a lever, hopefully it will work well and be the last toaster I will need for many years... hopefully.

I have had yhis toaster for 9 months and it has already begun toasting unevenly like all toasters end up doing. That's unfortunate beacuse this toaster's function and countdown are great and a neat feature. I would highly recommend this toaster if the heating elements would last longer than a year.

Great for my pregnant wife who doesn't like to be startled by the pop of a traditional toaster. It has a nice smooth release. We think the electric mechanism is worth the extra money.

Love this little toaster. This automated bread transformer is good but I wish it went to 8 because it just undercooks my English muffins so I find I have to click the button all the way down to 1 for a second round which is annoying.

The toaster does a perfect job toasting my bread. Very user friendly. Love the leverless automatic operation and the count down timer.

I was excited about this product after researching it although it was more expensive than most toasters. It either doesn't toast enough or it burns everything. Very disappointed with every aspect of this product. Glad I saved my old kitchenmaid toaster that has been dependable for almost 10 years.

I've had this toaster for almost a year, and today I put it in my car to drop off at the church thrift store. I will stop at a local store and buy the cheap toaster I looked at and should have purchased in the first place.
