  No automatic document feeder, SD card or USB thumb drive support. Lacks NFC and Wi-Fi Direct. Slow document printing.

I almost always get an error message "printer is offline" when I try to print, requiring a shutdown and restart. Very annoying to have to make multiple trips to the printer to get the job done. When it finally finishes, print quality is good.

I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion, I had another printer in my home office that I paid for previously and I prefer to use this one over the one I purchased previously because I strongly prefer the size and functionality of this printer. I like using this printer very much.

Will not stay connected to iPad, says it’s paired but cannot find.

Good luck trying to scan multiple pages. Very frustrating for something that should be so simple. I give up.

Bought this and has many features like print off your phone but when it priority ts you have to remove a plate and lift the front panel up.if I have got to be in the same room to print why have the extra print in another room. Returning to store..

Don't buy this printer if you plan to use it wireless it's the worst printer you will ever encounter

Was looking for a very simple, user friendly printer for my elderly mother to use. This is not a copier that you just push one button to make a copy. It has a touch screen for controls with several steps to go through. Also have to raise/lift the control panel to complete the process.

This printer is easy to set up and use and produces high-quality prints and documents.

Creates high quality images.
