I wasn't too impressed with the quality of the recordings when I watched them on my computer, until I updated my computer software as recommended by Techmoan.com.(Codex) Now it looks great. This is a great, small, camera, with really impressive features.
This camera will do in a pinch when you really have no other choice. I had cause to be glad that I had this spare one time which is why this is not a one star review. Still, the quality remains to be what it is.
This is an amazing little camera. Personally I prefer something a little larger that feels more substantial in my hand .... but the features and image quality by far outweigh the size issue I have with it. Some people may actually prefer the smaller size of this unit.
This little camcorder records very high definition footage and is pretty easy to use, once you figure it out. The downside is the owners manual, which many times in the middle of instructions on how to use the camera will refer you to a section on the digital manual on the CD, rather than just...
I was looking for a new camcorder, it is getting harder day after day to find a great fit for your need, especially with every day challenge and competition in camera market. If you are practical and need a product that good for your budget and satisfy your needs; I think you will not go wrong with...
Used this as my main camera for work so it sees a lot of use, i can say this camera has by far been the best camera, works in 150 degree heat and well ad 20 degree cold, no failures and the card slot makes this so much easier to to swap media in the field on the fly between cases, and not be limited...
Sent as a gift to my grandson. He and his wife say they love this camera and are always taking movies of their little boy.
It was missing some non-essential items of the original "in the box", but the HD is good and I am satisfied.
Love the camera but the manual could use an overhaul. Not very clear instructions.
Disclaimer: first significant encounter with camcorder tech since 1989. First impression: very small; really too small for comfortable hand-holding. Glad to be using it with a tripod. Second impression: extremely poor dedicated zoom control.
