I installed Chrome OS flex on a 20 year old laptop. works fast and flawlessly, but doesn't automatically recognize many printers and with my other printers, even after a manual generic install, not all functions are available and the wifi connection is unreliable.
I have tried to log a return 3 times but it does not show. The 1 printer has started printing marks on the 1 side of the page. I want to exchange it for another one.
I mistakenly thought all in one meant there would be copy, fax, scan AND FAX. Well no fax. Disappointed, but guess a person should not assume.
A colleague of mine said this was the only printer to buy for my small business. She does her research so I trust her recommendations. Have not been disappointed yet. I ended up buying one for the home office and the other for the work office.
Disappointing and a big manhour drain getting this thing to run. Every installation was different, with different parts of the Suite installed or non-installed. Part of this problem may reside with Bill Gates.

Printer runs OK - does what it's supposed to do.

Big cube, compared to some others, but good reputation.
Have had two of these. Good quality print and copy/scan capabilities. Very intuitive to use. The WiFi goes out inexplicably periodically and is impossible to reconnect, even with SSID and network key directly input. Then, it magically reactivates ... very frustrating.
This is a workhorse printer - highly suggest it! This is the second of this model that I've had. It's a great printer for my home use. Great quality, easy setup and use, and lots of options available for connection, print format, and sharing.
I am so impressed with this Printer. I was an Hp guy all my life. Brother's quality is just better.
Bought this printer back in 2015 and it's still going strong. It does everything my wife & I need for our home office. Beyond replacing the toner, it's been very hands off. While I can't necessarily recommend THIS specific printer given it's 8+ yrs old, I have no qualms recommending the Brother...
This is a great product. I have only had it a week or two, but enjoy printing wirelessly. The setup was easy and I was able to connect a second laptop to the printer without any hassle. It does just what I need at such a fast and quiet pace. It doesn't print in color, but it scans in color.
