Bose has been thinking out of the box when it comes to audio design and quality. This time Bose has done it again with the Bose Soundlink Revolve, an omni-directional speaker. As the name suggests, the speaker is able to project sound in 360 degrees. Here is our full review.
The main qualm here is the price. At £200, the Bose SoundLink Revolve is more expensive than an Amazon Echo and a Google Home. If you want the best possible sound quality in the smallest possible package, however, it’s a fine choice, boasting sparkling sound quality and surprisingly effective...
The Bose SoundLink Revolve provides an excellent portable sound punch!
The Bluetooth speaker market has changed a lot in the years since the likes of the Jawbone Jambox kickstarted a new movement in loud, room-filling, portable speakers. Now more traditional audio companies are dominating, by pushing the design and audio envelopes year on year.

Small, premium, portable design and balanced, controlled sound that fills rooms with ease

Sound balance may not be to everyone's taste, would be great to have smart assistant capabilities.
A little stunner of a Bluetooth speaker, with effective 360-degree sonics.

Excellent treble and mid-range detail, Effective 360-degree sound, Stylish and solidly built, Weatherproof

Lean bass, Ragged at top volume
For its size, the Bose SoundLink Revolve offers incredibly loud and warm sound. It handles low notes effortlessly without you having to blast the volume. However, as good as the speaker is with bass delivery, this can be its downfall as it simply devours the mid-range at high volumes in some tracks.

Excellent build quality, Warm and open sound, Gets really loud, Decent battery life, IPX4 water resistant

Excellent build quality, Warm and open sound, Gets really loud, Decent battery life, IPX4 water resistant, Slow charging, Bass can be overpowering at high volumes, Doesn’t reward high-resolution files, A bit pricey
Compared with its main rivals, such as the UE Megaboom, the Revolve is a bit too pricey. £200 is quite a lot to pay for a speaker, especially when the Megaboom is bigger, clearer, more ruggedly-built and available for as low as £150.However, it’s hard not to admire the Bose Revolve for its range of...

Great omnidirectional delivery, Big, solid, punchy sound, Good timing and dynamics, Petite, portable design, Good feature set

Rivals sound more articulate and detailed, Not especially rugged, A bit pricey
The Bose Soundlink Revolve+ is a pricey, but excellent omnidirectional wireless speaker that most people will love.

Excellent sound at all volume levels, Omnidirectional sound eliminates the sweet-spot dilemma, Controls are easily accessible and easy to understand,...

Absence of true stereo will irritate audio purists, Charging cradle costs extra, Battery did not last as long as promised when tested

The new launch of BOSE is its SoundLink Revolve which is one of the best performing portable Bluetooth speakers yet by the...
Bose SoundLink Revolve: Top-quality Bluetooth audio, but you pay through the nose for it

Compact and lightweight, IPX4 shower resistant, Great sound quality

Expensive, Loses control at top volume
Far larger sound and sound precision for the size and battery lasts for ever truly. Need more so enjoy .........................lol....................
For it's size, the sound coming out of the Bose Revolve is amazing. Not overly base heavy, but it can handle some base and it does come off very clear w/ no distortion. Only when playing at max volume can you detect a hint of distortion in some base heavy music.
This was so awesome that I bought a second. The sound is amazing. We take one on the boat, on the golf cart, on the pool deck, while showering, out in the garage - to name a few. Would highly recommend!!!!
great build quality, astonishing sound quality for a portable speaker. very highly recommended.
This speaker is amazing. Great job! What a party.
I do wish it was a little louder but it is really clear and great quality!! Bose is awesome
