With 1,000 watts of power, the BOSE F1 Subwoofer packs all the performance of a larger bass box into a more compact design that's easy to carry and fits in most cars. A mounting stand for the BOSE F1 Model 812 flexible array loudspeaker is integrated right into the body of the subwoofer, so you...

A bit on the pricey side; no phantom power on the Model 812 mic input.
Powerful, standalone sound that flexes to meet your coverage needs—the Bose F1 Model 812 is a 1,000-watt, full-range loudspeaker featuring Bose Flexible Array technology. At the heart of the F1 is a 12" woofer nested behind an array of eight high-output drivers.
I FELL IN LOVE THE FIRST SECOND I HEARD THIS SET UP! The sound was perfect to my ears. I thought I had a state of the art PA system I have used for many years. I was using JBL SR speakers and Crown Macro Tech 5000i amps. My system sounded great but I was hurting my back at every show I did.

I purchased the F1 combo and i am glad i did. Packs a big punch yet manageable to set up and tear down myself. Recently sold my SUV to upgrade soon and two F1 subs and two F1 812's fit perfectly in the back seat of my Honda Accord while i shop for new SUV.
There is no way to simply describe just how good this speaker is. Whether as FOH with full bands or behind a solo/acoustic act in a small room, the F1 blows away everything else I have used in my 4000+ show career.
This speaker is simply the best I've heard compared to other similar brands, I use many Bose products and they are very reliable, you are going to pay little extra but the quality you're getting is worth it. I decided not to get the subwoofer, this speaker has enough bass for 5 piece rock band!
Well, we've been running our F1 system (F1-812 mains and F1 subs) for over a year now, and they have become our "goto" system. The compact, lightweight design, flat response, and controllable vertical coverage makes them as convenient as they are versatile.
These speakers are by far one of if not the best compact small to medium venue, portable sound system you can buy. The sound is superb and the amount of power that this system churns out is breath taking! The subs are even designed to interlock with another sub for additional reinforcement.
I'm in a cover band and we play for venues up to 300. We run vocals, keyboard, and guitars into the T1 Tone Match mixer first then feed a line out to the F1. The sound is clear and powerful. The 12" woofer can produce impressive low bass extension. Vocals are articulate and sounds very natural.
Bose sound systems deliver better sound than any speaker near its price point and size.My favorite characteristic of the F1 812 is it's consistent coverage, meaning that it the sound is as ineligible in the back of the room as it is right up in the front row.
I used to swear by my qsc k12s. I already owned four of the F1 subs so when these went on sale l bought two. These F1 tops left my k12s in the dust. I am going to buy two more as soon as funds become available.
