I bought this in 2014. I love everything about this unit. The only negative is it has a really long cool down time after you shut if off. I pretty much listen to the fans all through the meal. Other than that, love,love it.

Arrived in perfect shape due to good shipper and excellent packaging. Installation was straight forward. Note 1, make sure to have a 5 point star ratchet head to remove oven from the shipping base. Note 2, have heavy lifting muscle on tap, this oven weighs a lot compared to previous installed unit.
