Great product, have this hooked up to control software for my electric guitar such as NI Guitar Rig or Cubase VST Amp Rack. Works great enabling to switch effects on and off and with 2 expression pedals gives greater flexibility to blend different effects / tones whilst playing.

Used on live gigs to control a guitar multi effects rack and amplifier channel switch. I rarely use more than 10 patches on any given gig so I assign my ten patches to a bank and rarely change banks during a gig. For my needs, it has been good.

I as really surprised how solid it is Behringer is of course unbeatable bang-for-the-buck :-) There is someone on the Internet selling an Eprom with a couple of software bugs fixed and a better "stomp-box" mode for the switches.

You cant get a better midi board anywhere for a better price

This unit is just plain amazing but not for the faint-hearted. To use it manually or through an software editor, you do need to search the forums (the one in Yahoo groups is amazing with lots of info and links on how to make the best out of the FCB1010).

Features are that it is programmable for just about any MIDI device. Operators manual was pretty much useless. Very Poorly written. Seemes relatively strong. Metal case. Foot switches encased in rubber. I have had it over 18 months and use it weekly. I don't move it around too often.
