If your priority is noise cancellation, then you might need to raise your budget to get something more effective. But if you just need to kill a little hum, then these are decent sounding cans that will work across all genres.

Love the sound quality but it lacks aptX support which means there's a delay when playing games. It also doesn't fold so it's bulky when you put it in your bag. Noise cancelling is not that good but I guess it's ok for the price. Also using 2.5mm jack.
