I tried to use these for live stage productions at a middle school. We have multiple types of wireless lavs including omnis and directionals as well as the head-mounted mics that have the longer boom.
If you have a speaker that move their head a lot this is a great alternative to a Lavalier mic. It's a little touchy to tune but once you get it tuned it's hands off. Speakers like the short boom and comfort.
I use them for stage productions and what I like about them the most is they stay put, unlike other versions where you constantly have to tape them down.
We have had a set of these mics for a year now and have used them in several high school stage productions. They are supremely reliable and pick up voice very well. Because they are small, they are almost invisible from the audience. The first time we used them we had 3 breakages.
Great Mic!!! Comfortable & Power, love this mic & you will too.
