With a slim bezel around its 15-inch screen and a thinner, lighter body, the top-end MacBook Pro packs a real visual punch. But if you miss the traditional HDMI and USB ports, consider the older 2015 model that Apple still sells.

  The larger version of Apple's MacBook Pro has a big, bold display, a thinner, lighter body, an AMD graphics chip by default and a massive trackpad. The inventive Touch Bar second-screen display saves clicks here and there, and now works with apps like Photoshop and Spotify.

  Even the base 15-inch model is painfully expensive. The Touch Bar is a fun add-on, but not a necessity, and the move to USB-C ports means potentially carrying a bag full of dongles.

Apple's new Late 2016 15-inch MacBook Pro is the lightest and thinnest MacBook Pro ever, but unlike the company's earlier ultralight MacBook Air, it packs a fast, quad-core Intel CPU and a dedicated AMD Radeon Pro GPU along with 16GB of high speed RAM and other "pro" level niceties.

Apple's most premium laptop gets a long-awaited design and hardware update. Heading the list of new features is the Touch Bar — a thin touchscreen strip above the keyboard that adds a new way of using the notebook and its macOS.

It's more flawed than you might expect, but the 15in Pro is still a magnificent thing

I had to go and get all the Pro App from final Cut Pro to Logic Pro X and I haven't stop learning how to use everything,even gaming Star-Craft.

  Touch Bar is very cool from typing to using app's its across between using your iPhone at the same time as your Mac.

  Gaming on battery is cool but not smart everything else is a dream.

The build quality and keyboard are amazing. The Touch ID is very useful but not there yet. I'm hoping future updates will allow me to use the ID to authorize everything, such as updates installs etc. currently it's a mixed bag. As for the touch bar I would say it is very gimmicky.
