I really love the way the laptop looks, and it is SO lightweight. Lighter than my older iPad, even. One thing that surprised me was how small it is - I was expecting the screen to be larger than it is. But, it works for me as I also got a large monitor to use with it for research, studying, etc.
Super computer you will love the lightness and compact size yet sturdy, the lid open with one hand, the keyboard works great, the screen is bright vivid and beautiful, I certainly recomend the i5, 500GB model over the m3,256gb model. Super fast and reliable is so compact I'll fit in a envelope.
I replaced a 2010 MacBook Pro with this MacBook. the processor is faster, but the was a bit disappointed in it not having a 1080 retina option. it's highest is 1400x900. great for day to day use, but ended up getting Display Menu to get the full use out of the resolutions available.
Love this little machine! So light and thin, the trade-off for screen real estate was worth it. The downside is the single USB-C port and having to use a dongle to attach anything. I may just be drinking the Kool-Aid but I can see the benefit.
I love my laptop. Previously had Macbooks, but this new sleek, light-weight design is amazing. It makes a huge difference. The Rose Gold color is beautiful, subtle, but unique. The screen image is crystal clear. It's only been a short while since I've had the product, but so far i'm obsessed.
I love this little computer. Extremely lightweight, easy to use and fits in most lightweight bags. However, I don't understand the price point. MB air is cheaper than this little guy with better specs and of course I had a choice to go that model over this one.
My wife had been using our old 2011 MacBook Pro the last two years to teach English to off-shore students at night and do some light email and task management. This new MacBook is such a perfect update for her. So light. Great screen. Its a perfect little business companion for her.
I have used MacBook air for last 6 years and MacBook Pro for several years before that. But the prices of MacBook Pro computers have become outrageous lately, and so I purchased HP Spectre 13 inches.
The 1st and 2nd generation of this laptop was very slow, premature, and over price. This is the 3rd gen Macbook 12" and it actually surprises me for all it can do so far. Of course not comparable to higher specs laptops, but the selling point of it is its amazingly light weight, thin, and compact...
It was more than what i expected, the only difference between a new one and this one is that it didn’t come wih the usual apple stickers which is not at all a problem to me. I’m looking forward to buying another for my wife as we are switching to apple products.
