The quality of the product was great. However they did not have this in stock twice when they said they would and I waited for over a month to get it. I would have used a different company to purchase had I known this.

Bought this for a less-than-tech-savvy computer user, and he loved it - until wireless adapter started dropping connection. He just got "server not reached" message which meant nothing to him.
