ASUS VS208N-P 20" LED Monitor

Maybe if I had the money for a more expensive monitor, I would have bought that. But I was in a hurry. Im quite impatient. If you are looking for quality, this is not where to look.

  Cheap and worked well... Not high enough resolution for my liking.

  Owned it for a week after buying it out of a Best Buy. On it's last day it began to flicker (It was a second Monitor) At first i thought it was just my imagination. After a few minutes, I heard a loud pop and then smoke came out of the back of the monitor.

The visuals are good - not astounding or incredible, but they suit my general purposes. My biggest complaint is the wobbly-ness of it. The "neck" the monitor is on isn't stiff enough to really hold the screen still. Therefore, the whole monitor is too easy to shake.

I bought 13 for my work, mounting them 2 side by side on desks. So far they all are working great and the resolution and matte finish of the screens are great! I would highly reccomend these to anyone looking for an affordable screen that is of high quality. Asus is the way to go.

The monitor works fine. It has nice colors. I am a fan of ASUS monitors, I have two. It works with an older video card I am using. The stand seems a bit flimsy. If you push the monitor down on one of the upper corners and then pull your finger off it wobbles back and forth on the base several times...

Like I said it is a little wobbly, but you really won't notice it that much once you get used to it.

  I've noticed that the refresh rate of this LED screen is consistent and relatively fast. Mainly gamers will notice this feature more. The display is absolutely beautiful, I can run Skyrim on ultra high and all the colors can be displayed wondrously.

  Like the title says it wobbles frequently. No, it won't fall over if bump the table. It is actually pretty sturdy.

Ever since a certain major brand began selling monitors that are half an inch smaller than the purported size, I've been looking for a good replacement for my clients. These ASUS monitors are inexpensive, lightweight, and bright. They have very good vertical and horizontal viewing angles.

Needed to adjust stand for one of them. I bought 2 of these monitors for dual screen, one of the stands were kinda crooked so it wasn't even with the other one. easy fix.

  These monitors are amazing for the price. wonderful screen quality with plenty of settings to configure. It actually took me a while to get the screen to where i needed it to be but it turned out great.

I had a hard time finding a monitor that would be the right size to fit into a tight space- but this one was perfect. Asus makes great monitors and this one is light and has great reception. I recommend it to anyone who only has a width of 19 inches of space- this one will work perfectly!

Maybe I expected too much for this product. Good for the budget.

  1. The default setting is really bright. And if you lower the brightness, I find the color is not that good. 2. I was expecting this product better than my Hannspree monitor but actually it is not. High Resolution but average color saturation. 3. I find there is a problem with the power cable.

Great image quality. I am not a fan of the base as the monitor wobbles so easily with the slightest offset by typing or moving my mouse. The table is not exactly unstable but the monitor makes it seem that way. Very annoying for extended work periods.
