It may not be an HDR panel, but if you’ve been considering a curved ultra-wide, we've seen few better choices than the VA-based XG35V. Class-leading contrast and great color pair up with FreeSync and a 100Hz peak refresh rate in a premium-priced but well-executed display.

ASUS has introduced a new ROG Strix monitor to its lineup, the XG35VQ, featuring a 21:9 aspect ratio with a resolution of 3440x1440 in a 1800R curved 35" diagonal panel. ASUS using a VA panel that offers 100% sRGB coverage, plus 2500:1 contrast and 300 cd/m2 brightness with wide viewing angles of...
It is remarkable, we had so much to criticize in the new 27-inch top model of Asus, we are so enthusiastic about this 35-inch model. In the ROG Strix XG35VQ Asus have set down a challenge in the gaming monitor market.
After recently looking at the Predator X34P , Acer's new 34" ultrawide gaming display, we have to say that whil

A great wide-aspect 35-inch gaming panel with 100Hz refresh and slick styling, but at a pretty serious price. Punchy VA panel Decent feature set Good gaming performance Very expensive Only 100Hz VA panel has a few niggles
Asus is well-known in the gaming monitor market, and the Taiwanese company’s latest ultrawide curved monitor, the ROG Strix XG35VQ , brings quite a number of interesting features.
This monitor has beautiful picture, but I ended up returning it. The dark gray to dark gray pixel response time is HORRIBLE. Interiors of buildings in PUBG were gray smears. The average pixel response time is good, but for that specific transition it is in the 50ms range which isnt even close to...
I bought this monitor last year and It’s a great monitor when it is working properly. I like the picture, but there is light bleed around the edges, which I’m not overly concerned with because the picture is really vivid. My first concern is sometimes while playing a game, the picture will go black.
A little underwelhmed. I gave it three stars only because it does the bare minimum of what is claimed. I guess I expected more for the seven hundred Bills I paid for this. Sure the screen is wide enough, however I could have accomplished the same thing with cheaper monitors and had a better looking...
If you've never used an ultrawide in person then let me say that this thing is massive! I was going to get a 49 inch super ultrawide but I'm glad i didnt as this screen is plenty wide. Freesync is awesome and I highly reccomend an Rx5700xt as it's a perfect pair.
This is a great upgrade to any system. The curvature of the screen is really immersive, whether your gaming or watching videos. The adjustments are a bit confusing at first but with a bit of practice they become rather intuitive. The cable management system is a bit funky.
I didn't have any problems or dead pixels. It's been a huge upgrade for me and I'm glad I went with this. Highly recommend.
Beautiful and stunning images, the back bleed isn't as bad as everyone says in here, its noticeable at first but goes away with use
This is an awesome monitor. The color and picture quality is superior for an ultra-wide. It works great for productivity and gaming. It has FreeSync which helps with gaming. The only slight negative for serious gamers might be the fact it’s only 100 Hz refresh rate.
It was a good monitor until it wasn’t. Developed weird lines on the screen like it was warping. Also got really hot.
Amazing views flawless performance and super cool aesthetics.
