Asus A80CJ-DS51 M-Series Desktop Computer

A small, unobtrusive and very quiet gaming PC for use with the Oculus VR. Lots of ports, easy installation & setup was smooth. I quickly replaced the internal 5400 RPM 2.5 inch hard drive (it is the primary bottleneck with this PC) with a Samsung 850 EVO 1 TB SSD.

There are many things I like about this PC but 2 major flaws (1 unsolvable) I bought this PC solely to connect Oculus Rift+ Touch and play VR games and thankfully I've been able to do this the moment the VivoPCX arrived and booted up all fine with everything working well as expected.

Sometimes get very slow just after starting up. I just purchased it and haven't installed a lot of things. Doesn't match the hardware configuration at all performance wise.

eh, it's fine...can't upgrade anything, not made to have ram expanded :( no front facing usb ports...pretty lame actually, and obviously no optical drive so you'll have to buy one of those... overall, meh...it's fine.

Windows 10 is awful, but aside from that this machine has run every Oculus title from Robo-Recall to Wilson's Heart flawlessly. Excellent machine for the price.

Whisper quiet. Very fast processor.

Buying this item was a huge mistake. It never booted up right out of the box. Dealing with ASUS technical support was not much help either.

I'm giving this device four stars. Only complaint I have is the hdd. Replaced the hard drive with a add and now works as expected. I understand Asus cutting cost, but the hard drive it is shipped with was a bad choice.

This computer has it's up's and down's. It's a lower end gaming PC. If you're looking for something top of the line, then you'll most likely have to pay more for it. When you open this up and have to do the system updates, be prepared for it to take a few hours for downloads, installs, and resets,...

I hadn't this console since it's release,now... which isn't too long but is enough time to make a review. My fist model was having wifi adapter issues so Asus replaced it for me... the same with the second .. which really disappoints me Asus... I just didn't bother calling back.
